Payments can easily be made on Urban Plants. You can pay for your order online through our website using your credit card or PayPal. If it is more convenient, Direct Deposit is also available.

After receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation email. If you have yet to receive email confirmation, get in touch with our Customer Service representatives. Please also check your Junk or Spam email folder in case your confirmation email has been sent there.

Yes! In the special request field on the checkout page, you are free to add a remark and request for a photo of the final product. We will gladly send you an email with a photo of your plant(s) once it has been prepared. You may also get in touch with us via email and our Customer Services team will be able to assist you. Please note that we may not be able to fulfil such requests if your order has already been dispatched for delivery.
If your order has already been prepared, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may cancel your order if it is yet to be prepared.
The delivery fee is dependent on the price of your order. For orders below $1,000, there is a $100 delivery fee. For orders over $1,000, free delivery applies. An additional $200 is charged for deliveries to remote areas, including Lamma Island, South Lantau, Shek O, Tung Chung, the Airport, Lau Fau Shan, and Sha Tau Kok.
Urban Plants deliver to all Metropolitan areas in Hong Kong. Deliveries to remote areas such as Tung Chung, the Airport, Shek O, Lamma Island, South Lantau, Lau Fau Shan and Sha Tau Kok will incur additional fees.
We understand the importance of the day an order arrives, and we strive to meet the needs of our valued customers. Your order will be delivered within 3 business days. Should there be any delay, we will let you know at the earliest possible time.
We have a specific time for our deliveries; all deliveries are made between 9am-5pm.
Yes, we do! Knowing where your order is can give you a peace of mind. When your order has been shipped, we will inform you.
We try our best to have our deliveries made at the set date. However, if we are faced with certain situations beyond our control, such as weather or traffic conditions, and we are prevented from making a delivery, we will deliver again within 24 hours at no additional cost.
To maximize our deliveries and maintain customer satisfaction, we deliver Monday through Sunday, but we do not deliver on Public Holidays such as Christmas Day or Chinese New Year.
