We offer free delivery to all Hong Kong metropolitan areas, including Discovery Bay. Delivery usually requires 2-3 business days.

SPECIFIC TIME DELIVERY

Urban Plants understand the urgency of having our products delivered at a designated time. We offer specific time plant delivery (e.g. for delivery at exactly 7:00pm) for an additional charge of HKD160. If you require delivery at a specific time, feel free to contact our Customer Service representatives on (852) 2180 6422 for a special delivery quotation.

This delivery time slot service is applicable to City Suburbs only, not to Outer Suburbs or Outer Island areas.

URGENT DELIVERY

If your order is placed before 5:00pm, same day urgent delivery is available for an additional charge of HKD200. Our staff will arrange your plant arrangements to be delivered at the earliest possible time between 9am-6pm.

Our urgent delivery service is applicable to City Suburbs only. Not applicable to Outer Suburbs or Outer Island areas. If you or your company require urgent delivery to Hong Kong city suburb areas, please do not hesitate to contact us on (852) 2180 6422 for a special delivery quotation.

DELIVERY ON SPECIAL EVENTS AND FESTIVALS

Please note that same day and delivery time slot selection and urgent delivery service is not available during festivals, holidays and special occasions such as Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Mid-Autumn Festival and Christmas.

All orders during this time will be delivered on the following business day between 9am - 6pm.
