Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Urban Plants.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully on how to deal with your purchased item.

Returns 

Customers have up to 30 days to return an item from the date it is received. The item must be in the original condition that you received it in order for it to be eligible for return. 

Refunds

After receiving your item, we will inspect it and notify you that your returned item has been received. We will inform you of the refund status after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or other method of payment. Depending on your card issuer's policies, the time you receive the credit will vary.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In the case that you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
